GetWellSoon.com provides a platform for creating and sharing collaborative digital "get well" boards. Users can create boards, invite contributors, and compile messages, photos, voice recordings, and other content to support someone who is unwell, recovering, or going through a difficult time.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant GetWellSoon.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing our Services.

4.2 Content Standards

You agree not to submit User Content that:

6.3 Refunds

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are owned by GetWellSoon.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Services
• Any errors or omissions in any content

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INCONVENIENCE ARISING FROM SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, DATA LOSS, OR THE DISCONTINUATION OF THE SERVICES. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSS OF USER CONTENT, INABILITY TO ACCESS BOARDS, OR INTERRUPTION OF HOSTING SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO SERVICE AVAILABILITY OR CONTENT LOSS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ZERO DOLLARS ($0.00).

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
