Quick Start Guide

Get a board up and running in under 5 minutes. Here's everything you need to know to create your first board and start collecting messages.

The Four-Step Process

Create Your Board

Enter your recipient's name, choose an occasion, pick a theme, and write a campaign message. This takes about 2 minutes.

Invite Contributors

Share the board link with friends, family, or colleagues. They can contribute without creating an account.

Collect Messages

Contributors add cards, voice messages, virtual flowers, photos, and more. You can watch the board fill up in real-time.

Reveal the Love

When you're ready, share the board with your recipient. Show them in person or send them the link via email.

What You'll Need

  • An email address to create your account
  • Your recipient's name (the board URL will include their first name)
  • Contact info for contributors - email addresses or a way to share the link (group chat, social media, etc.)
  • 5-10 minutes to set everything up

Before You Start

Think about these questions:

  1. When do you want to reveal the board? If there's a specific date (before surgery, a birthday, etc.), work backwards to give contributors enough time.
  2. How many people will contribute? Free boards support up to 5 contributors. Larger groups may need an upgrade.
  3. What's the tone? Serious and supportive? Fun and lighthearted? This will help you write your campaign message.
  4. Which modules make sense? All 11 are enabled by default, but you can turn off any that don't fit.
