Managing Boards

Content Moderation

As the board organizer, you're responsible for ensuring all content is appropriate and helpful for the recipient.

Reviewing Contributions

From your management dashboard, you can see all contributions across every module. Each contribution shows:

  • Who submitted it (name and email if provided)
  • When it was submitted
  • The content itself (message, photo, voice recording, etc.)

Removing Content

If a contribution is inappropriate, off-topic, or you just don't want it on the board, you can remove it with one click. The contributor won't be notified, but the content will be permanently deleted.

What to Moderate

Use your judgment, but consider removing:

  • Spam or promotional content
  • Inappropriate language or images
  • Content that might upset the recipient
  • Duplicate submissions
  • Content from unknown contributors (if you want a trusted-only board)

Moderation Best Practices

  • Check regularly - Review new contributions every few days
  • Act quickly - Remove problematic content before the recipient sees it
  • Trust your gut - If something feels off, it's okay to remove it
  • Be gentle - Most inappropriate content is accidental, not malicious

Private boards

If you're worried about unwanted contributions, share your invite link only with trusted people. The link isn't publicly discoverable.
